Dr Murat Ay
Dr Murat Ay is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in real estate and more than 18 years in investment banking and structured finance. He previously held senior leadership roles at Bank Julius Baer, where he built and led the Cross Asset Risk Trading (CART) platform. His expertise includes designing and executing bespoke cross-asset structured products, including real estate-linked transactions across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. In addition to his core banking and finance experience, Dr Murat Ay has acted as a private investor and structural/finance advisor in various real estate projects in Switzerland, Germany, the UAE, Turkey, and the UK—notably the 2024 comprehensive conversion of an office space into retail near Zurich’s Paradeplatz, with a total valuation of nearly CHF 70 million.
Jose Lopez
Jose' Lopez is an economist and chartered accountant with over 15 years of experience providing accounting, fund administration, and financial management services across multiple jurisdictions. He began his career in the banking sector in Spain before working in Poland and later building a significant part of his career at Ernst & Young Luxembourg, where he advised real estate firms and investment funds on accounting, reporting, and operational matters. In addition to his extensive experience supporting real estate investment projects, investment funds, and private clients, Jose' Lopez has contributed to the modernization of Luxembourg’s fund industry through his involvement with the Luxembourg Private Equity Association’s Fund Administration working group. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and Economics from the University of Extremadura and is a member of the Luxembourg Ordre des Experts-Comptables (OEC). Jose is fluent in Spanish, English, and Polish, and has a good command of French.
