About Equora Capital

Equora is a Luxembourg-based, Europe-focused real estate investment platform established in 2025.

Founded by Dr. Murat Ay, Equora combines institutional investment expertise with a practical, entrepreneurial, and partnership-driven approach to real estate. Drawing on extensive experience across Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and other European markets, Dr. Ay established Equora to identify and develop attractive investment opportunities throughout Europe.

Equora focuses on income-generating real estate assets, value-add investments, and development projects across carefully selected European markets.

The platform pursues disciplined investment strategies designed to create sustainable long-term value for its partners.

At the core of Equora's philosophy is a commitment to partnership. We believe that the strongest investments are built through aligned interests, and we therefore seek to co-invest alongside trusted long-term partners, sharing both opportunities and risks.

Our ambition is to build a flexible and scalable European real estate investment platform – growing one investment, one partnership, and one lasting relationship at a time.

Experience that shapes every investment decision
