We combine rigorous analysis with agile execution across complex, cross-border transactions and a growing multi-jurisdictional portfolio.

What you'll own

• Financial strategy across funds, SPVs, and the real estate portfolio

• Investment support: modelling, scenario analysis, risk assessment

• Asset-level performance: budgeting, forecasting, KPIs (NOI, IRR, LTV, DSCR)

• Fund finance: reporting, capital calls, distributions, investor communications

• Debt financing/refinancing, lender relationships, hedging strategies

• IFRS, audits, consolidation, and robust internal controls

• Building and leading a high-performing finance & fund administration team

What we're looking for

• 10+ years in real estate finance / investment funds / asset management

• Prior CFO / Finance Director / Head of Finance experience

• Professional qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent

• Deep knowledge of fund structures, SPVs, multi-entity consolidation

• Strong background in project finance, debt structuring, investor relations

• Cross-border portfolio experience; institutional investor exposure

• Big 4 audit/advisory is a strong plus

• Fluent English + a second language (German / Serbian is a plus)
