Investment Announcement | @EXPO Office Campus, Bucharest

Earlier this year, Equora Capital completed its acquisition of @EXPO Office Campus in Bucharest. With the transaction now fully closed, we wanted to share a few thoughts on why we invested.

@EXPO comprises three contemporary Class A office buildings totalling c. 49,000 sqm, BREEAM Outstanding and WELL certified, with anchor tenants including Gameloft, Telekom Romania, Caterpillar and Securitas. Further information and available space at expo-office.ro.

This transaction reflects our view that select Central and Eastern European markets continue to offer compelling opportunities supported by strong long-term fundamentals, and that Bucharest in particular is one of the region's most dynamic and resilient office markets.
