Investment announcement | Introducing B.YARD Berlin

We are pleased to introduce our latest project – B.YARD, a sustainable mixed-use development in the heart of Berlin Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, at Pariser Kommune 20.

B.YARD represents Equora's first development project in Berlin, and a project we are particularly proud to be part of.

The development will bring together:

- 60 residential units

- 8,000 m² of office space

- 700 m² of studio space for the arts and creative community

- 700 m² of retail

across a total gross floor area of 15,800 m², spread over five storeys and a setback top floor. Approximately two thirds of the ensemble will be realised in hybrid timber construction, targeting DGNB Platinum certification. Completion is expected in early 2028.

B.YARD is designed by Tchoban Voss Architekten GmbH, developed in partnership with DCD Services GmbH, and built by ZECH Hochbau AG.
